Cocktails & Co.: An opportunity for YPs to listen to leaders within our community speak about their journey to success as well as ask YOUR questions during an engaging Q+A session.
See How They Run: Join YPs for an engaging seminar on the political process – from running for election to managing a campaign to holding an office – we’ll cover it all throughout this three-part series, featuring political analysts, local and station politicians, and more.
Leadership Edge: The mission of Skills Connection is to provide YPs with exceptional training and development opportunities so they can become future leaders of Columbus. Leadership Edge is a professional development luncheon aimed to provide YPs with unique professional and skill-based learning opportunities outside of the workplace.

Community Connection
The mission of Community Connection is to give YP members an opportunity to learn about community and government affairs while giving back to the community. Focus will be on connecting YP’s to local projects and non-profit entities that need volunteers. Additional programming within Community Connection will educate YP members about the political process and critical local and regional issues. The goal is to enhance awareness and engage YP members by promoting active dialogue among YP members, political candidates and public officials. Community Connection events include service opportunities, See How They Run, Day of Action, Time for Art, What’s On The Ballot, and more.

Skills Connection
The mission of Skills Connection is to provide YP’s with exceptional training and development opportunities so they can become future leaders of Columbus. Programming within this group facilitates participation in unique professional and skill-based learning opportunities outside of the workplace. Focus will be on facilitating the creation of more qualified young volunteer leaders for board service in the Columbus region. Skills Connection also aims to expose area business to talented YPs and vice versa. Skills Connection events include Leadership Edge, Cocktails & Company, Adulting 101, and more.

The mission of People Connection is to create relational and social value for YP membership. Programming within this group will give members the opportunity to connect and engage with each other as well as forge relationships with local business leaders. By partnering with existing organizations in the community, People Connection will support the entrepreneurial and cultural resources in the community. People Connection events include social meet-ups, Health & Wellness,YP Kick-Off, Holiday Social, and more.
